I deliver corporate wellbeing services that combine solid psychological expertise with strong facilitation and engagement skills — helping teams build resilience, confidence, and practical coping strategies they can actually use.

I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with specialist training in evidence-based therapy, and I’m also a stand-up comedian. That combination matters: it means I’m comfortable standing in front of groups, reading the room, handling resistance, and keeping people engaged — even when the topic is challenging.
